Help Text for chart in Qlik Sense

Is there a way to add Help Text to a chart in Qlik Sense? In QlikView, there is the Help Text box in the Chart Properties>Caption tab. Then if you click on the question mark on the chart, a box pops up with that text. I am looking for a similar feature in Qlik Sense.
