I think you are referring to the automation flow explained here

The variable that creates an excel file with the qlik logo is "templatebase64".

If you want to change the content in the excel file say logo, or add any additional description/title, create an excel file -> upload your company logo -> convert the excel file to base64 encoded string using an online tool such as https://base64.guru/converter/encode/file and paste the base64 encoded value in the "templatebase64" variable by replacing the existing one.
