Thank your for reaching out to the Qlik Community.

When a table is suspended, Replicate continues applying changes to other tables. As a result, the suspended table will miss the changes that occurred during the suspension period.

Without data loss, the best way is to reload the suspended  table only. Another way is to stop whole task and resume the task from the earlier timestamp or position. However, the captured changes will be applied again for other tables.
