Compare strings and highlight difference

Hi Community,

is it possible to compare (function?) two strings and highlight the difference in one of them?

For example, like this:

IDString
1Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consetetur sadipscing elitr, sed diam.
2Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, tempor sadipscing elitr, sed diam.
