Please take a look at the explanation.

1. A variable named as Act is created with value as =left(right(Now(),5),2)

Now is a function that gives the current time and it is dynamic as per every second the value changes

2. Only the Seconds (which varies from 1 till 60) is captured in the variable

3. As time goes on the variables value is changed from 1 till 60

4. 5 sheets have been created in the document with conditional display based on the variables value.
