Master Calendar with Two Fact Tables

Hello,

Is it possible to create a Master Calendar that can work between two fact tables?  See attached data model.  I have Sales Order and Invoice tables that both contain transaction dates.  I would like to create one Master Calendar that has a Year and Month dimension so I can have a List Box for Year and Month respectively.

Thank you in advance for any information on this.

I would have several calendars. And one canonical date for all dates.

Hello rwunderlich,

I've followed your guide but I still have an issue in my model... It seems that my "Month" dimension (which is "Mese") is not working.

I've showed in 3 Pivot tables my situation. Could you have a look please?

Thank you!
