Do anyone have any idea how to connect QlikView to Redshift at regular intervals

Hi All,

I am building a Direct Discovery application(Desktop version) on QlikView which is fetching data from Redshift via PostgreSQL30 ANSI(x64)  OBDC driver. We were able to establish proper connection between the two but the major concern is that it breaks in between with an error - "Error: Database Connection Failed". I can see people facing the same but none of them have posted any possible resolution for the same 😞

Note: Known possible solution is to reload the file and then it works( It's because when we reload the Connect script runs and does it's work), but we can't do it on the published version

It would be of great help if anyone can help us in this regard. Any help will be highly appreciated

What version of Qlik are you working with ?

This may have to do with your connection timing out and unable re establish a connecition.
