Qlik Sense Desktop Hangs

Hello Members,

Is anyone come across situation with Qlik Sense Desktop when an application hangs completely?

My QlikSense Desktop screen hangs on an application tab whenever I try to adjust the size of any chart section.

It shows the option to add visualization to the Master Items but nothing can be done. Only option I have is to close the application tab and reopen. But I lose the changes this way. Any ideas?

What version are you using? You can find this detail in the About dialog.

I can not see that we are aware of a similar issue. My suggestion is that you turn to Qlik Support with a sample QVF file and steps to reproduce, and we can take a closer look at the root cause of your issue.
