Using new computer. How to load a personal file created from an old one?

Hello everyone,

I have a new computer and want to continue working on a file that I worked on previously on another computer. However, I can't view the file because the user key is different.

Is there a way to view the file in its entirety again?

I have Qlikview Personal Edition.

Do you still have access to your old computer? Export the document layout, copy the files to your new computer and import the layout in your current QV version. Otherwise, send your QVW to somebody with a license and ask him/her to do the export for you!

You can open files with a different user key but then all your data is dropped (variables included) and you can do this only 4 times!
