Is there a Server Reference Manual for QV Server 12.0?

Hi,

I am attempting to install QV 12.  Is there a reference manual or installation manual that I can use?  I don't see one in the downloads area.

Also, what are the pros and cons of using IIS vs the Qlikview server?

All help is available on-line, for QV12 just like for QLik Sense.
