Dear All,
I need web-style navigation menus in qlikview. Is there any option available like extension / in-built functionality.
Basically I need to create a file as possible as web style navigation option in qlikview.
Example- For Lable, can use Product, Geography, Department and for sub-menu inside those we can use like Product view1, Product view 2 / Geography view 1, Geography view 2 etc.
Any suggestion.
Not sure I understand your ask
can you be more specific on what you consider to be web style?
is there a sample or a drawing you can provide showing your expectation?
hi Nitu

You can create any kind of menu and navigation system you want using conditional visibility and actions. If you search the forums here you will probably find some examples.
You can also create some interesting menu/sub menu effects using nested containers.

Take a look at dropdown menu extension
It has some problems (probably you would need to tweak it here and there), but it is very useful anyway.
No Ajeet, I do not want like this. I want when I hover the mouse it will auto expand like drp down menu option.
Can you please share some sample file for menu/sub menu effects using nested containers
Hello Vadim,
Apart of Drop down extension do we have any other option.
Okay, I will send this solution
Nope. I've ended up using that extension.
