A client is unable to access our hosted Enterprise server via http://
After logging in, the end result is shown in the screenshot below.
Without a doubt it is due to a firewall/ windows security on their network.
Is there any incoming port numbers, IE configurations or network configurations which may allow proper connectivity?

Make sure port 4747 is open. Also try adding the server into the client's list of Trusted Sites in IE so that it auto-authenticates.

for port 4747, is that incoming or outgoing from the client perspective?
For the IE Plugin, you need both directions open I believe (QVP protocol requires that).
