Our customer is using QlikView on a dedicated application server (Win2008) in Terminal Server mode. When the user logs in into the server by starting RDP-connection, he is able to print out of Excel, but all the print options/buttons in Qlikview are greyed out.
User is member of local print administrators and also member of local administrators group in Windows. Server is Win2008 R2 with QVS 9 (i believe SR3 or SR4) in x64 mode. Printers are local installed on server, not from the Active Directory.
