Within the programdata\qliktech\distributionservice\ folder, it loads files from the \Tasks, \TaskLogIndex, and \TaskResults subfolders.
If you are getting no data back it could be that
1) you are pointing to the wrong folder in the configuration page (just verify this)
2) You are scanning old data - meaning there is no task reload history within that past 12 months (whatever you have set for Months of History in the configuration)
3) Or, your Distribution Service (QDS) server uses a different system timestamp format - not Sweden or US format. Check this in one of the log files in the \TaskResults folder.

But if you can post the reload log, that might be a quicker start. Its' the Governance DAshboard.qvw.log file.
