Qlik Sense Desktop white screen after start

Hi com,

after starting Qlik Sense Desktop it doesn't show apps, it's just a white screen. But when I start it over Firefox it works fine. I can open Dev-Hub and Hub over Firefox without any problems.

But the after a few restarts it works fine!!

Hope someone can help!!

thx for adding this thread here.

but after restarting the application 3 times all was perfect and now it works.

what confused me is that the application run into white screen but at the same time the browser version

runs perfectly!!!

Qlik Sense Desktop 3.0 atm

you can uninstall that version and downgrade to 2.2 or 2.3 any in 2.XX that will solve your issue

I would not recommend to downgrading.

There a features in 3.0 that are not available in 2.x

Better to look for a solution to a current version and post it here to help others.

After restarting my Laptop i get this when i start Qlik Sense Desktop!  but after pressing 3 times update It runs!!

my poor translation:

" An Error occurred

  unknown Error"

                         update
