Re: Compare values In bar/Combo chart as BARS.
Rahul Pawar Mar 23, 2017 7:12 AM (in response to Agrim Sharma)Hello Agrim,
I believe that you have already gone through below settings:
- Locate expression and change the layout to bars from expressions (in stacked bar chart)
Please correct me if I am wrong.

Re: Compare values In bar/Combo chart as BARS.
Agrim Sharma Mar 23, 2017 7:17 AM (in response to Rahul Pawar)hi Rahul,
my concern is to show comparison between actual and current, but in bars not line. when i choose primary axis and converts into bar it merge with present values.
i want them separate as two bars for a month, one bar for actual and one bar for present. not lines..
Thanks,
Agrim

Re: Compare values In bar/Combo chart as BARS.
Agrim Sharma Mar 27, 2017 1:25 AM (in response to Shraddha Gajare )Hi Shraddha,
yes i have chosen stack, but my motto was to compare a calculated measure and a measure from my data.
as actual Vs. Present, its not actually possible in qlik but we can do that by doing all the sum of Actual Vs. sum of all present.
Thanks for time given.

Re: Compare values In bar/Combo chart as BARS.
omar bensalem Mar 23, 2017 7:41 AM (in response to Agrim Sharma)Hi agrim,
It's actually not possible, the only way is to add all the actual values in a same expression and do it again with the present:
With that being said, with Qlik Sense 3.2 + , It's possible to create a master measure and affect a color to it.
BUT, the qlik team should, as a next step, enable the combination and call of more thant a master measure
Let me explain the utility of doing so in your case:
Actual is composed of : sum([RUN])+Sum(Enable)
With the current capabilities of Qlik Sense, we can
create :
- a master measure: Actual Run = Sum(RUN) and color it as Blue
- a master measure: Actual Enable= Sum(Enable) and color it as Red
Now, if we could combine 2 master measures:
Our measure would be Actual Run + Actual Enable in the same measure, and each master measure will have its color in the same new measure.
We can proceed the same way with the present measures, create 2 master measures, combine them in the same measure (each will have its own color) and with that, we could have only 2 measures and they will be stacked(each is an association of 2 masters measures)
Please mto, let your team think about such a feature; it will open such new doors.
Thank you,

Re: Compare values In bar/Combo chart as BARS.
Agrim Sharma Mar 23, 2017 7:50 AM (in response to omar bensalem )Hi Omar Ben Salem,
yes, it think you are right, its not possible or i have to make actual as one measure and present as second measure by adding actual values to Actual and present values to Present.
by doing this i will get your made graph.
Thanks & Regards,
Agrim
