Hi,
I am considering deploying Qlik sense on a Vitualised environment (hosted by Win2016) and the chosen HW will be an hyper-converged (HCI) solution (Nutanix or vxRail, we are still yet to decide). By default an HCI has at least 3 physical nodes that share computing and storage resources within a single or multiple appliance(s).
The question is around Qlik Sense being installed on a Virtualised environment that is hosted by an hyper-converged appliance (HCI).
Since the Qlik sense requires a lot of RAM and uses (almost) everything that's given to it, would this work with an HCI solution that is supposed to distribute the resources across VMs based on the consumption of each VM?
(I know this is far more complex than that but I wish to receive feedback from others with that set up).
Thanks
GH
Hi,
I am still looking for any feedback regarding this.
To be more specific the HCI used is from Nutanix.
thanks
Guillaume
Hi, do you have any experince now? Did it work?
Please I will thank you any information about Lutanix and Qlik Sense working together.
Thank you in advanced
