Anyone know how to draw bubble and line in one chart?

Bubble means the products, radius means the volume.

Line chart is a step chart.

Maybe it's just on the chart to show the grid, how can you see it in the attached file?

The step chart is to show the score limit, not the grid. My colleague draw this chart in excel. Now I need to achieve this chart in Qlik View.
