    Full browser version not working on Browser

      Hi,

       

      when i open the access point in browser and i click the dashboard to view by full browser version, its directing me to the same page (access point). Initially when we installed the qlikview server, i tested it and it was working fine. Not sure, why it is not working now. Do i need to change any settings, but i am using Active directory with windows based file authentication. My operating system is windows 7.
