I have used all my named CALs. When a user (not with CAL) who has the desktop and the IE Plugin in his computer tries to open a document with the IE Plugin, gets an error message. The user is authorized via NTName. What can I do? Must I deinstall the desktop client?

The user needs a CAL to access documents from the server. I would suggest talking to your QlikTech Sales rep or trusted partner.
