authorization in changing from DMS to NTFS without any manually change in settings

Hi

Qlikview authorization in changing from DMS to NTFS without any manually change in settings,its Suddenly Changing to NTFS

I don't know why its happening and not able to see the document & License on the Server .

Could you plz assist me !!!!
