Sort Colors by another dimension

Hi all!

I´m new in Qlik Sense.

I´d like to sort the colors by another dimension (area 1-11) but without including it as a dimension in the bar chart. I attach two pictures with what I´d like to achieve.

Moreover, I´d like to filter tIncident and drop "Ok", like in the second picture.
