I would like to do something like that:

I have field in table named Statut...so this statut can change everyday if Statut =1 it's on if Statut = 0 it's Bloquée if Statut=2 it's OFF

in the last day of month if for exemple Mercedes X have Total of Statut =1 more than Statut =0 or Statut =2 , we will add+1 for ON for "Janvier" Month

I can explain more if this is not clear
