Hi all,
I have met an issue of prompting error when press the "Edit Template" button in Nprinting.
NPrinitng designer is still able to access however,no connection exist in the drop down table in red circle.
It works before but fail suddenly.
Can anyone help?

It is not a server.
We have tried re-installation but no luck.

What version of NPrinting are you running on? is it 17.3.1?
Also how many NPrinting designers have you installed on other boxes (if any) - what is your license allowing you to do?
You may also consider re-installing MsOffice if possible
The version of NPrinting is 17.2.1
I will try re-install.
