how to run qlikview application one after the other

Hi all,

I have made two application in qlikview 9 SR7. One application is used to load the data to make qvd file and other main file which is using qvd file generated by first application...

what would be the settings in QEMC so that when first application schedule is over, after then the second qlikview application run automaticaly.....

On event of another task

Set this if the reload should be set off by another reload of a certain document.

You will use 2 different tasks, the first one is on schedule and the second one will be started after completion of the first one.

Task1: (loading QVDs) Define an "On a schedule" Trigger in your first task to be executed at a certain time, or day, etc.

Task2: (main application load) Define an "On event from another task" Trigger to be started on "succesful" completion on "Task1"
