The case of the shrinking output

I'm not sure if anyone has seen this before but we are having an issue with nPrinting output where the image is shrinking occasionally.

We have an nPrinting output that is creating a 3 page output via a powerpoint template converted to pdf and emailed to a series of users.

The versions we are using are

nPrinting 16.3.0.0 - SR3

Qlikview 11.20.12904.0 SR12

Office Professional Plus 2010 Version 14.0.7173.5000

Occasionally when exported, one of the pages shrinks.    We can re-run and its fine.   The data is identical and no reloads in QV or changes in nPrinting are done in the interim.

The below image shows the shrunken version as well as the normal version.   its becoming increasingly frustrating for our users.

Any ideas?
