Custom Areas in GeoAnalytics

Hi There

I have a set of UK regional operational areas that I would like to show in an regional area type layer within GeoAnalytics.

I have the details of all the LAT and LONG co-ordinates and I also have all the Post (Zip) Codes that are contained within each regional area.

What do I need to do with the above data to enable GeoAnalytics to plot the regional areas on the map?

Thanks!

JW

Hi Jason,

The Bubble layer to plot the lat long coordinates and/or the postal codes.

The Area layer can render the zip codes as areas, truncate to get the Area, District or Sector code.

GB Area, District and Sector postal areas (except Northern Ireland) are included in the Qlik Location database.

You can also merge areas together that belongs to a custom area. Follow the guide "Dissolve Guide" at

Thanks,

Patric
