(Web-)Server on Windows7-Notebook not reachable

Hi,

we have a situation where we have a Notebook running Windows7 64bit running as a QV-Server incl. Webserver. Everything is fine, BUT the Accesspoint is not accessable from other computers, the browser just says that the page cannot be shown. The machine can be pinged.

Is something missing? Do we need to consider something since not Server Operating System is in use?

Probably a firewall issue. You should try disabling it.

I had the same problem. Turning off the firewall didn't help. I changed the web server port to 4710 instead and that fixed the issue.
