Hi,
I'm having Small Business Edition 11.2 SR6 and when I configure mail alert for failed reloads in QMC, all the scheduled reloads got failed and start getting mail alert for failed reloads. But in fact, scheduled reloads got failed only after configuring the alert.
When I removed mail alert settings, reloads were in order.
Any advice on this please....

QEMC--> System --> Setup --> Distribution Service --> Alert Email.
Type you email address here.

If you don't see distribution service means you don't have Publisher License with you.
I think it shouldn't work without publisher License.
are you sure you are getting alert email for failure.
Can you send your configuration steps.
I believe Bill Britt or Chris Rice can shed some light into this.

I set up required fields under Web server as you can see now empty in the attached pic. It's just our corporate mail server details for HOST NAME and my own mail address as send all mails to AND send from mail.
mail alert started working but subsequently all scheduled reloads start failing

I think without publisher it is not allowed to send alert emails too.
