How to recall a message report that was sent by mistake?
The NP user doesn't have an e- mail box so
from where does it sent?
It must have been sent from the email address that is associated with nPrinting Server. You can find it in the mail settings section of nPrinting
and then you can check the sent items in your email's mailbox.
If the end user does not have an email then it would have not sent any email else it would show in your loggs or as mail-failure in the mailbox.
You can get the attachment , subject and recipients details(To, CC and BCC) using log but you can't get the body of message which you have sent by mistake. Check log in your nprinting log folder.

But the e-mail address nprinting@company.fr does not exist.
It's a name I gave in the in the mail settings section of the nPrinting Server. The recipients get the mail.
