Data discrepancy between source and target after full load

Issue Detail:

Record count: 29623(source) vs 29624(target), 1 more duplicated record found in target with same RRN.

Source: IBM DB2 iSeries

Target: Databricks(with UC)

Additional info: we have tried below solution  as attached but failed. besides, Diagnostics Package is also provided into attachment.
