I don't receive notification by email when a new message is dropped in my created ticket

Dear Support,

I don't receive notification by email when a new message is dropped in my created ticket. This causes me to miss important feedback from your side.

Is it possible to fix this?

Can you please let us know which ticket you are talking about ? is it a support case ?

Have you checked your spam or junk folders. Also please provide us if any support case you have created.

Hello,

Yes indeed it is a support cases. Actually for any support case I don"t receive notifications. You can refer for example to the ticket case number 00212170.
