Repository service restarts

Hi, 

I am facing an issue and I would appreciate any solution ideas. The repository service starts and stops after a couple of seconds. The log says “Fatal exception during startup Category does not exist. Failed to initialize usage of Windows Performance Counters”.

I have already successfully rebuilt the performance counters, but the error is the same.

Do you know if there is any risk for data loss if we restore the Windows server backup?
