Hi,
we're experiencing an issue in Enterprise Manager when making changes to table keys in tasks on Qlik Replicate.
What is happening is that we modify the table key in a task
then we push OK and the below screen appears, in which we push "Yes"
After that we push "Save" to save the task. At this point the table shows as Changed.
Still, if we refresh page the table goes back to it's original state, the changes are lost.
Also, if we don't refresh the page but instead run the task, the changes are also lost.
If we instead go into the Qlik Replicate interface and make the changes there, they are persisted correctly.
Can you please advise on how to fix this issue?
You can find the compatibility matrix on the release notes here: Qlik Enterprise Manager - May 2024 Initial Release - Qlik Community - 2487036
Or in the user guide here: Compatibility with related Qlik Products | Qlik Enterprise Manager Help
Both these references indicate that QEM 2024.5 is compatible with Replicate 2023.11, but in Support we have noted that the best practice is to use the same release version and service pack level for both products. If you are not able to upgrade Replicate to 2024.5, I suggest applying SP3 (the latest) for QEM version 2024.5 which you can download here, link is good for one week: https://files.qlik.com/url/6uccsjmabregggnh
If this does not resolve the issue, please plan to upgrade Replicate to 2024.5 SP3 (to match QEM) which you can download here, link is good for one week: https://files.qlik.com/url/k323bbaexswyfgmi
Please verify your operating system version, source and target endpoint versions and driver versions are supported on 2024.5. Please refer to this upgrade guide for details: Qlik Replicate Upgrade Best Practices - Qlik Community - 1729651
Thanks,
Dana
What is the full version number of Qlik Enterprise Manager and Qlik Replicate that you are using? Let's confirm they are compatible. Also, with this information we can see if this issue was already reported and resolved in a later version / service pack.
Thanks,
Dana
