We are using Talend Cloud, with a remote engine instance installed on a VM in our Azure environment.

We are seeing several errors repeatedly, with jobs that are being handed off to Data Stewardship are failing:

We see this error frequently, ever hour in the Karaf logs:

Hello,

What is the RE version you are using? Is this happening intermittently?

I am not the original submitter, but I am seeing the same error.

My remote engine version is: 2.13.4_Release/unified-tpops-pipeline_269_Engines/tipaas-remote-engine-build/master

Hello @mbutry

Have you ever whitelisted all the URLs for your region listed under

https://help.qlik.com/talend/en-US/installation-guide-windows/Cloud/url-allowlisting?

And please make sure your region is correct.

Best regards

Sabrina

There is a Talend Internal Case open for these issues . Initially it was related to the use of HTTP v2 in my case with Remote Engines 2.13

Case is still under investigation by Talend Support

I believe we have http://*.talend.com and https://*.qlik.com in our FW allow list.
