Suddenly studio stopped working. Talend Studio failed to connect saying "401:Authentication credentials were missing or incorrect". Any suggestions how to fix and possible reasons.

It is recommended that:
-Setup a new studio
-Copy the .m2 folder to the new studio folder: ...\Talend-Studio-2020xxxx_xx-V7.3.1\configuration
-Start your new studio, retrieve license, test again
If this issue is still here, you'd better create a support case on talend support portal so that we could give you a remote assistance (zoom meeting) to see if it is a newer patch needed to be delivered to you.

Are you getting this issue when click the "Fetch" with login / password for importing the license in Talend Studio? Is your license within valid period?
Is there any more error message in your studio log?

Thank you for your response. Getting error when do check URL in manage connections window. But with same credentials able to login in TAC.

Could you please try to add "Security Administrator" role to the user, to see if this Authentication credentials issue will disappear.
What talend studio build version and patch are you using?
We did find a similar issue from cloud about Studio suddenly started failing to connect cloud on 6th January.
The issue is about the whitelist feature on Studio client is broken, that's one regression with the last release(on 6th, Jan), not have clean idea to fix it now, so will rollback to last release version.

Thank you for the details. We are using little older version 7.3.1 (R2020-10). This is sudden behavior not showing projects or check URL fails but TAC works.
