Task dependency

Dear all,

We have 3 task created in enterprise manager and scheduled with specific time.

1) task_1 10:00

2) task_2  10:30

3) task3_3 11:00

In actual these tasks are dependent on each other success/failure.

For now we have given 30 min of gap for each of them but we want to make them dependent based on success/failure status instead of time.

How can we achieve this

Hello @Tool_Tip ,

Thanks for reaching out to Qlik Community!

I'm not entirely sure if I understand your request accurately. Are you referring to a CDC (Change Data Capture) task or a combined Full Load (FL) + CDC task? These tasks typically keep running continuously, as they do not have a specific completion status.

If you are referring to a Full Load (FL) ONLY task, please confirm. If that's the case, I recommend checking out the article Monitoring Qlik Replicate Jobs. Hein has provided an excellent script in the article that demonstrates how to call the QEM API for monitoring.

Hope this helps.

John.
