Tips for Maintaining Server

Dear's,

I want to maintain the server , so i need some basic steps to Maintain it .

Daily Jobs are running from TAC and also i am creating jobs  and running it from JOB conductor .

Also Through repository manager i am moving jobs from DEV to PROD.

i WANT to know if i can get little help to Maintain this two environment DEV and PROD . like clearing cache or deleting temp  files made by daily execution of jobs  

Is there any document available in Talend to Maintain the servers?

Or anyone can give me steps for this ..

SVN part is not my,

but 2 moments which I do:

- backup database

- and monitor disk space - elastic search indexes grow fast, so rotation must be defined
