Cannot open qvwdocument.

I can't open qvw documents in QlikView Desktop, so as a temporary workaround, I'm trying to open qvw via server connection.

However, I get a message like the attached picture.
It doesn't work on server 1, it works fine on server 2.
The firewall settings are the same, both servers can access 192.168.50.111 well, but I don't know if the server can't connect to server 1.
I've upgraded both servers in the past, could this be a problem?
Server 1 version : 12.60.20200
server 2 version: 12.70.20000

What's the problem?
Could it possibly be affected by the version?
how do i solve it?

yes i saw.

I have two questions about the above link.

1. Permissions on RSA\MachineKeys
I did not receive a message such as a link while reviewing the log file.
Do I still need to check the permissions for this part?
The log message said in the link: Could not CryptAcquireContext.

2. Server Connection Timeout
I haven't set this value yet, but should I set it up?

@qwebnm is port 4747 open?
