Since the Support Portal has changed I can no longer see my old Cases or cases created by other members on my Company Qlik Team. Is there anyway to fix this?
Hello @William3, I'm afraid that after the cases management system changes there is no longer a way to get access to the older cases (as also none of us internally has access to all of them in some instances).
