I have a problem when qlik alerting sends us any notification.
Emails arrive without sender. I have configured everything correct in the Channels section, in the web portal qlik alerting.
I have the June 2020 version Any suggestion?

Check that the Default Sender Email ID field in the Channel configuration is populated.

Everything is filled correctly, the email account, the id, etc, but as I said before, any notification comes to us without a return address.
Everything is very strange.
This is likely to be your mail server setup as it works in all of our different setups.
The one other thing to try is to enter a default sender. In this field you can provide just an email or a friendly name with an email providing your mail server allows the email account and the sender to be different. For example. You can enter "Qlik Alerting" <noreply@qlik.com> to show the sender as Qlik Alerting rather than just the email.

Found a solution:
- Basic Authentication must be specified.
- Anonymous configuration will result in Blank Senders name.
