AGGR expression not working in tooltip

I am using an expression in qlik sense as Avg(Aggr(Sum(Sales),Empid)) but when i am using the same expression in the tooltip it is not giving the same value in qlik cloud.

The calculation within the tooltip might have a different dimensional context and is probably calculated globally.
