Access Denied error

I have several people from a different location who is trying to access app, but these individuals are receiving access denied.  Their credentials have been entered into the section access.  Is there anything else that could prevent someone from accessing an app?  The person has a valid license to access Qlik.

Is this happening to all the users or specific users only?

Is this happening to all the app or specific app only?

One thing you can test if you disable temporarily the section access rule, will it be same issue or not?
