Accumulative counting per months

I'm looking to recreate the below chart in Qlik.

Using the below data

The below chart is for a visual reference, for the logic I'm going for. I'm looking to count the amount of pending orders per months and once its completed, cancelled or rejected it should stop counting for the upcoming months.
