Additional AVG in row

Hello, I  use a pivot table to calculate rolling 12 month overtime for our employees.

I also have total row sum and total column sum.

Now I need to also have a total average for every row.

How can i do that?

Other problem is, that the condition for coloration of the total fields is different than the normal fields...

Has anybody a solution?
