Allow User create personel sheets

Hi all,

I set up the server with a stream to allow my users to access sales analysis. The problem comes when I want to allow them to create personnel sheet and share them . 

I saw a video to configure the streams but in this video no answer this.

In my stream I create this rule:

But still not allowing to create and share

I'm desperate

Users should have a professional licence to edit or create a new sheet and then publish it to community.

we have  Analyzer license, We migrate from qlikview and with these licenses (cal) we did personnel tabs. Are you sure with analyzer we could not create tabs?

Yes I'm sure. Analyzer license wont have edit option on the top where professional license will have that.
