Alternate States - Not moving to other servers

Hi folks,

I'm having an issue when moving apps with alternate states to other environments. 

Basically, it is not coming along when I copy a qvf to another place. I guess it should be stored inside the qvf once it is created inside it. Am I wrong? Have someone been throught this issue?
