Always one selected value - Max Date

In Qlik Sense, I use "always one selected value" for the date field. If I open the app, the newest date should always be selected. How is this possible?

hi 

you can make a selection in your date field like this , 

in the search row of the date field enter :

=date=max(total date) then press enter and create a bookmark 

then open the bookmark list , right click the new bookmark and set it as default 

this will activate the bookmark when ever the app is opened
