I have a table:

I am trying to show and list the highest sales amount for each [ORDER_ID]

(In other words: List all [ORDER_ID] highest [SALES]

How about using 

Max(SALES)

as the measure?

The solution did not quite work; my desired result will only display the ORDER_ID "occurrence" that has the highest SALES in blue.
