Application name dynamic

Hi Team,

I have created a application which is have 4 years worth of data every year the data will add up to the year how can i set the application name dynamic for the year

current is static 2018-2022

next year it should take it as 2018-2023 and so on 

how can I dynamic the date in the application title?
